واکاوی جامعه‌شناختی توسعه‌ی سیاسی

پژوهش مطروحه‌ی کیفی با روش اسنادی، مترصد پاسخ به این پرسش است که چرا در جامعه‌ی پسامدرن، توسعه‌ی سیاسی بر سایر ابعاد توسعه، اولویت دارد؟ یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که در جامعه‌ی پیشامدرن، مبنا ایدئولوژی بوده است؛ زیرا ارتباطات بر اساس آن صورت می‌گرفته است؛ بنابراین نقش ایدئولوژی این بود که نوع سیاست و شیوه‌ی اقتصادی را در جامعه مشخص می‌کرد؛ اما با تکوین تقسیم‌کار، شهرنشینی رونق یافت. به عبارتی، جامعه وارد دوران مدرن شد و مبنای روابط، منافع واقع گردید. زیرا تقسیم‌کار، اولویت را به اقتصاد منتقل کرد. بدین گونه بود که زیربنا در شهرنشینی، تقسیم‌کار قرار گرفت و اقتصاد بر سایر ساختارهای جامعه استیلا یافت. بدین ترتیب، این اقتصاد بود که مسیر فرهنگ و سیاست را در جامعه تعیین می‌کرد؛ اما با همگانی شدن رسانه، جامعه وارد مرحله‌ی دیگری شد، که دوران پسامدرن نام گرفت. در این دوران، مبنا رسانه قرار گرفت. زیرا ارتباطات با کمک آن انجام می‌گرفت. بدین ترتیب ارتباطات گسترده، زمینه‌ی جهانی‌شدن را فراهم آورد؛ بنابراین به خاطر جهانی‌شدن، سیاست اولویت پیدا کرد. فلذا سیاست جهت فرهنگ و اقتصاد را مشخص نمود. به‌طوری‌که رابطه‌ی بین سیاست با اقتصاد و فرهنگ بدین گونه شد؛ اگر جامعه‌ای ازنظر سیاسی توسعه‌یافته باشد، حتماً ازلحاظ اقتصادی نیز توسعه‌یافته است. اما جامعه‌ای که ازنظر اقتصادی توسعه‌یافته باشد، لزوماً ازلحاظ سیاسی توسعه‌یافته نیست؛ چراکه توسعه سیاسی است که زمینه‌ی گذار از سنت به تجدد، زمینه‌ی گذار از اقتدارگرایی و تبعیت گرایی به مردم‌سالاری و انتخاب گرایی و همچنین زمینه‌ی گذار از اقتصاد پیشامدرن به اقتصاد پسامدرن و البته زمینه‌ی تکوین شأن شهروندی و ارزش‌های جهان‌شمول را در جامعه فراهم می‌آورد.

Sociological analysis of political development Abstract This qualitative research documentary research seeks to answer the question why in postmodern society,political development takes precedence over other dimensions of development?Research findings show that in pre-modern society,the basis has been ideology.Because communication was based on it.So it was the ideology that determined the type of politics and economic practice in society.But with the division of labor,urbanization flourished.In other words,society entered the modern era and the basis of relations the division of labor shifted the priority to the economy.Thus the infrastructure in urbanization was divided,and the economy was dominated by other structures of society.Thus it was economics that determined the course of culture and politics in society.But with the spread of the media,society entered another phase,called the postmodern era.During this period,it became the basis of the media. Because communication was done with its help.So the issue of globalization happened,in which politics took precedence.In fact,during this period,politics turned to culture economics.Therefore,a society that is politically developed must also be economically developed society is certainly not politically developed. Because it is political development that lays the groundwork for the transition from tradition to modernity,the transition from authoritarianism and subordination to democracy and electoralism,as well as the transition from premodern to postmodern economics and,of course,the development of citizenship and values.provides
